1) What are the major differences between the different programs you offer?
Direct Commissions (T1); In-Direct Commissions (T2); Recurring discount below wholesale at the VIP store; Start-Up Costs; and Inventory Credit are the main differences. Please visit www.heatlhycup.com and review the “Earn Money” section for a logical table showing the main differences between each program
2) Where do I go to sign up?
If you are interested in signing up to any of our programs please visit the “Earn Money” section of www.healthycup.com and add the Marketing Partner program you wish to be part of.
3) Where do I find my affiliate URL?
Check your e-mail. Your affiliate URL will be sent to you immediately after you sign up. You will also immediately receive a username and password so that you can access our training center. Also, be sure to add *@healthycup.com and *@teaconnexions.com to your e-mail white list so e-mails you receive from us go into your Inbox and not your Junk or Spam folder.
4) Where do I find the Healthy Cup Training Center?
The Healthy Cup training center is linked from the main page of the Healthy Cup website. You will notice on the top right hand side of the Healthy Cup Home page screen it says “Affiliate Login”. Click the link and log in with your username and password.
5) I lost my Healthy Cup manual, how can I get another one?
All you have to do to find another Healthy Cup manual is visit the Healthy Cup training section. Included in there is a URL where you can find our training manual for download.
6) I lost my username and password for the training center, where can I find it?
If you have lost your username and password just email our support team and request to be sent another welcome letter. Our support team will then quickly re-send your information to you. You can email support at any time: support@healthycup.com
7) Do I use my healthy cup username and password to get into the VIP Wholesale Store?
No. Your username and password for the wholesale store will be found in your Welcome Letter that we couriered to you.
8) Why can’t I find the marketing tools in the training center?
Marketing tools can be found under the “Links and Tools” section of the Healthy Cup training center. From there you will have access to all of our banners, links and other marketing tools.
9) Who gets a coupon and how do they work?
Tea Starters, Agents, Super-Agents, Re-Sellers, and Teapreneurs get a valuable coupon credit that can be used at the VIP Wholesale Store. Marketing Partners are not obligated to use the coupon. The coupon is good for a period of 12 months and can be used only for the purchase of Tea Connexions exclusive teas. The coupon can’t be used to purchase marketing tools, web design services or any non-tea item. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, no exceptions.

1) How does your online referral program work?
For every online sale that you refer to us, we will pay you a commission. The commission depends on which program you are in.
2) How do I make money as an affiliate?
When you signed up to our program, you received an affiliate link code. Use this link code to send customers to www.healthycup.com. We use a Third Party to track the commissions. The more traffic and sales you refer, the more commissions you earn.
3) I understand how I can make money as an affiliate, but how am I supposed to promote?
Start by promoting the unique URL (link code) that we provided when you signed up and use that in all of your banners, websites, your opt-in list, etc. You may also want to consider purchasing our optional Tea Website for $99.95 plus $9.95 per month. You will also find many other ways to promote through the Healthy Cup Manual.
4) Why do you offer Direct Sales (Tier 1) and In-Direct Sales (Tier 2) Commissions?
We want to reward you for Direct Sales PLUS In-Direct Sales efforts, by giving you more marketing and income opportunities. Our Two-Tier Affiliate program rewards you for referring other Marketing Partners. This means, you can leverage your time and income by earning commissions off the work and sales efforts of the Marketing Partners that you refer.
5) Do I get paid commissions for all sales I refer to Healthy Cup?
Yes, Absolutely! You will receive commissions for any accessory or tea products sold on the store. In addition, if you refer Marketing Partners, you will receive commissions on these fees also.
6) How am I paid?
Currently, all commissions are paid through PayPal. When you signed up, you were required to give us your PayPal address. Commissions are sent through PayPal once your commission account has accumulated $100 or more. Commission payments are processed at the end of the month.
7) Do I have to sell online or can I just sell offline?
You do not have to market online if you do not want to, though we recommend it simply so your customers have more flexible ordering options.

1) Do I have to purchase a website?
No you are not required to purchase a website. It is only offered as an additional way for you to generate tea sales.
2) Why should I get a website?
A website is an essential marketing tool in today’s business climate. A website is a 24/7 marketing tool that can be accessed by anyone. Compared to a retail store, websites are cost efficient, time efficient and easily manageable. Because we take care of your shipping, orders and have basically done all the work for you, all you are left to do is start generating as much traffic as possible to your website. This can be done in many ways. Please consult the manual for marketing ideas.
3) How do I earn money through my site?
When your site is set up, all the links for the product images, etc. are embedded with your unique Healthy Cup code. When someone clicks on the link and makes a purchase, this code identifies who referred the customer and you earn commissions. Money earned through your website will be paid to you as commissions. Commissions are paid for both Direct Sales (T1) and In-Direct Sales (T2).
4) Why do I have to pay $9.95 a month for the website I get through you?
This cost is to cover your hosting fees each month. This will ensure your website is active online.
5) Do you offer a discount if I pay for 12 months of hosting up front?
Yes. If you pay for 12 months up front, we give you a 20% discount. The total cost for pre-paying hosting is only $95.52. To pre-pay your hosting, call 1-613-887-2344 ext. 113 and advise our Healthy Cup Manager that you wish to pre-pay 12 months to save 20%.
6) Can I sign up today and purchase a website later?
Yes!
7) Are there upgrading options for my website?
Yes! You can upgrade your site at any time. We offer a turn-key e-commerce solution that gives you 100% control for the cost of $1,950. For further details call our office or review the full description in the “Appendix to the Membership Guide”.
8) Do you pick my domain name for me?
No. You choose your own domain name. Though, we do ask that you provide us with a couple of names just in case your first choice is already taken.
9) Can I use my own business name for my website?
Of course you can.
10) What if I change my business name?
Can I make those changes to my site? That depends. If you have used your business name for your domain name, that domain has been registered for a period of 2 years. After those 2 years if you would like to pay an additional set up fee we can register you a new domain with your new business name. However, if your business name is not tied into your domain name, just your logo, information on the site, those changes are easily made. In that case just email support and let them know of the changes you would like.
11) Can I cancel my website at any time?
Yes. You are not obligated to keep your site online. All you have to do is contact support and let them know you would like to cancel your website. Or, you could just stop paying your hosting fees! If we do not receive your $9.95 a month hosting payment after 30 days, we will contact you about canceling your website.
12) Can I add other products to my website?
It depends on the product and the images associated with the product. The starter website is just as it sounds, a “starter website”. For the cost, we are providing you with a tea website that has pictures of the products, a section about you, and a contact us area. Call us for further clarification.
13) Can I link to other websites?
Yes. Just submit this information with your website form.
14) Once my website is set up and I require further changes, is there a charge?
Yes! Depending on the request, we will determine if a charge is applicable. Our hourly rate is $60 billed in minimum 20 minute increments for website related changes. For instance, if you require links added, images changed, a form added, etc. you will be billed a minimum of $20 or more depending on the time it takes to complete this work. In the past, we did changes at no cost; however, some customers took advantage of our good will and now we must charge for these services.

1) Are there any selling restrictions?
No! We have no restrictions on how or where you sell our product, provided you do not mis-represent it in any way.
2) Can I promote and sell the products offline?
Yes, absolutely. Agents, Super-Agents, Resellers, and Teapreneurs also have the added benefit of ordering products at below wholesale prices, meaning their profit potential on retail sales is that much higher. In addition, they can also order accessories and marketing tools to aid their offline marketing efforts.
3) How do I market your products offline?
There are many ways you can market our products. Far too many too list. Please consult the Healthy Cup Training Manual for ideas.
4) How do I take offline orders?
When you receive an offline order you can accept payment by cash or check. You may also want to get a PayPal account, then you can invoice your customers and they can pay you with credit card as well. We recommend that you have some products on hand so that you can fill orders right away. However, if you get an order for something you do not have on hand, place your order through the VIP Wholesale Store. Be sure to log in with your username and password to maximize your discount below wholesale. The gross profit you make is the selling price to your customer minus your cost.
5) Can I sell this with other products?
Yes. What you combine our products with is up to you.
6) Where do I find customers?
Your potential customers can be found almost anywhere. Tradeshows, fairs, personal referrals, advertising and tea parties are just some of the ways to start spreading the word about your product and your business. Because there are so many ways you can find customers all of our programs include a training manual with many different ideas on how you can start marketing our teas, as well as provide you with access to a training center that will also help with marketing ideas.
7) Will you supply me with marketing tools?
Yes. Our Healthy Cup training center has many marketing tools that you can use in your marketing strategies. We offer free banners, emails, text ads, pop up ads, and more for you to choose from. Our training center is accessible to all of our marketing partners. As a bonus, Tea Starters, Agents, Super-Agents, Re-sellers, and Teapreneurs gain access to our VIP wholesale store where you will find other key marketing tools such as business cards, brochures and product catalogues.
8) How much profit can I make if I order products at below wholesale?
The profit you earn depends on the program you choose. Obviously, Teapreneurs and Re-sellers will make the largest profit on offline sales because their discount below wholesale is 15% and 25% respectively.
9) What if I already have a website?
Can I add your products to it? Yes.
10) Can I design my own website?
Yes. We have no restrictions.
11) Do I have to use your business cards and marketing tools or can I use my own? No, you can develop your own if you wish.
12) Can you help me design a logo for my website and business cards?
Yes! If you would like us to help you design your logo just contact the office and we will direct you to our Graphics Team who can speak with you further about this.
13) Can I use the information provided through Healthy Cup in my marketing or newsletters?
Yes, but only if you are a registered Marketing Partner. You can then use product images, descriptions, to get sales for Healthy Cup. All information on the websites, manual, etc. are protected by copyright and are the property of Tea Connexions, a trade name and trade mark owned by Connexions Trading International Inc.

1) How long does it take to process orders?
After an order is received it is processed within 2 to 3 business days depending on the order volume. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed. Tracking details, if shipped by courier, are sent to the customer.
2) What is your return policy?
Please review the “Return Policy” on the Healthy Cup website.
3) Is drop shipping available?
Yes! When you order off the VIP Wholesale Store, there is a “Bill To” and “Ship To” Field. If you want the products drop-shipped, just enter the address details in the “Ship To” Field.
4) What is the cost of shipping?
Our shipping is all order based. Basically, the more you order the lower your shipping will be. For shipping on one single item you can expect your shipping rates to be a bit higher.
5) Do you have a minimum ordering policy?
No. You are free to choose how much or how little you want to order.
6) Are all of your teas organic?
Not all of them. We have a diverse selection of teas to choose from in order to satisfy the desires of each tea lover. To read more about our organic teas in specific please review the information about our USDA Certified Organic Chinese Teas.
7) Do you offer tea ware?
Yes!
8) Where are your teas from?
Our teas are imported from three primary tea growing regions in India: Darjeeling, Assam, and Nilgiri. To learn more about tea review the “Tea Education” section of www.healthycup.com and the Healthy Cup Manual.
9) What is the difference between your teas and other teas on the market?
We specialize in rarer leaf grade teas because they produce a superior, more satisfying cup of tea. Plus, unless specified, all of our teas are naturally flavored with real bits. For instance, our Cinnamon Tea uses pure Darjeeling leaves and real cinnamon bits for flavoring.
10. How do I order?
Click "Add To Shopping Cart" then you will have the option to "Check Out" or "Continue Shopping". Just follow the prompts.
11. What currency am I charged?
All prices are in US Dollars and we accept VISA MC DISCOVER and AMEX through Pay Pal.
12. How will the payment appear?
The payment will appear as "TEA CONNEXIONS" on your statement.
13. How are the orders shipped?
US Orders: Orders that fit into a USPS Priority box are shipped this way. Orders that do not fit in a USPS Priority box are shipped either by FEDEX or UPS.
Canadian Orders: Orders will either be shipped with Canada Post or Purolator depending on the order size.
14. Where are the orders shipped from?
For US based customers all orders are shipped from our US warehouse at Wellesley Island, NY. Canadian orders are shipped from Kingston, ON, Canada.
15. How do I return an order?
We want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 30 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or "store credit" for these items less a 35% disposal fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
16. When do disposal fees apply?
A disposal fee of 35% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss. We advise trying sample sizes before buying large quantities of any tea.
17. When do restocking fees apply?
A restocking fee of 35% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or in the rare instances when all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when FedEx or UPS returns your order to us.
18. If I want to return an order where do I ship it to?
Please contact us for return instructions.
19. Can I get your products at a discount?
Yes, absolutely, become a Marketing Partner.
